LUCIA LUQUE
Winner of numerous international competitions, including the Delle Arti Award, recognized as the best graduate of all conservatories in Italy. She won the 2019 Konex Award, the highest accolade in classical music in Argentina.
She regularly performs as a soloist with various orchestras in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, collaborating with renowned conductors.
Currently, she is the Concertmaster of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra, a Professor at the Superior Violin Chair in Entre Ríos, and the Director of Camerata Luque.

Camerata Luque is an ensemble of solo musicians, members of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra.
The ensemble was created in 2022 by violinist Lucía Luque, who is also its Artistic Director.
Camerata Luque engages in an intense artistic activity on various stages in Argentina and abroad.

Violinist Lucía Luque seeks to innovate through the music of new contemporary composers. Her latest recordings, released in the United States and Berlin, encompass the music of American composer Benjamin Shorstein and Argentine composer Miguel Bareilles.
BIOGRAPHY
LUCIA LUQUE
Lucía Luque was born in Córdoba in 1988. She began studying violin at the age of 7 and made her solo debut at 14, performing Max Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1. Her solid and ascending career has led her to perform in countries such as Italy, Germany, France, the United States, Canada, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium, England, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Nigeria, Senegal, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, and more.

Winner of numerous international competitions, such as the first Delle Arti Prize in 2008, where she was distinguished as the Best Graduate of All Conservatories and Universities in Italy.
She graduated as a Violin Professor in Italy from the Verona Conservatory. She furthered her studies in Córdoba with Humberto Carfi and in Europe at the Accademia Stauffer in Cremona and the Accademia Chigiana in Siena with the renowned maestro Salvatore Accardo.
She took Master Classes in Europe and South America with maestros such as Ana Chumachenco, Sergej Krylov, Felice Cusano, Zakhar Bron, Simone Bernardini, among others.
She was the First Violin of the OCI (Orchestra Da Camera Italiana), directed by Salvatore Accardo; a violinist in the Mahler Chamber Orchestra; a guest Concertmaster of the National Symphony Orchestra of Argentina; Assistant and Concertmaster of the Entre Ríos Symphony Orchestra; and Concertmaster of the Valdivia Chamber Orchestra.
She has collaborated in America and Europe with artists such as Martha Argerich, Pierre Boulez, Guy Braunstein, Bruno Gelber, Dora Schwarzberg, Bruno Giuranna, Sergio Tiempo, Antonio Meneses, Roby Lakatos, and more.
She won the Konex Revelation Award in 2019, the highest accolade in classical music in Argentina. She recorded three CDs of solo violin and violin and piano works by American composer Benjamin Shorstein in 2019 and 2020, released in the United States.
Currently, she is the Concertmaster of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra, a position she won by competition in 2012.
She serves as the Director and Concertmaster of Camerata Luque and has been a Professor of the Superior Violin Chair at the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos since 2013.
