LUCIA LUQUE
Lucía Luque was born in Córdoba in 1988. She began studying violin at the age of 7 and made her solo debut at 14, performing Max Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1. Her solid and ascending career has led her to perform in countries such as Italy, Germany, France, the United States, Canada, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium, England, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Nigeria, Senegal, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, and more.

Winner of numerous international competitions, such as the First Delle Arti Prize in 2008, where she was distinguished as the best graduate of all Conservatories and Universities in Italy. She graduated as a Violin Professor in Italy from the Verona Conservatory. She furthered her studies in Córdoba with Humberto Carfi and in Europe at the Accademia Stauffer in Cremona and the Accademia Chigiana in Siena with the renowned maestro Salvatore Accardo. She took Master Classes in Europe and South America with maestros such as Ana Chumachenco, Sergej Krylov, Felice Cusano, Zakhar Bron, Simone Bernardini, among others.
She was the First Violin of the Orchestra Da Camera Italiana, directed by Salvatore Accardo; a violinist in the Mahler Chamber Orchestra; a guest Concertmaster of the National Symphony Orchestra of Argentina; Assistant and Concertmaster of the Entre Ríos Symphony Orchestra, among others. She has collaborated in America and Europe with artists such as Martha Argerich, Pierre Boulez, Guy Braunstein, Bruno Gelber, Dora Schwarzberg, Bruno Giuranna, Sergio Tiempo, Antonio Meneses, Roby Lakatos, and more.
She won the Konex Revelation Award in 2019, the highest accolade in classical music in Argentina. She recorded three CDs in 2019 and 2020 of solo violin and violin and piano works by American composer Benjamin Shorstein, released in the United States.
Currently, she is the Concertmaster of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra, a position she won by competition in 2012. She serves as the Director and Concertmaster of Camerata Luque and has been a Professor of the Superior Violin Chair at the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos since 2013.
Violinist Lucía Luque and cellist Hermann Schreiner are two internationally renowned musicians from Córdoba. Friends and colleagues: Lucía is the Concertmaster of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra and Hermann is the Principal Cellist of the same orchestra. They spent many years in Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands, where each specialized individually in their instrument. They also cultivated a love for teaching, with each teaching at universities, conducting violin and cello masterclasses, and engaging in the musical and social exploration of culture.
Today, this duo offers a varied repertoire that spans from baroque music to popular music, with original compositions and their own transcriptions.
Two artists with long careers came together several years ago to make music together.
Hermann Schreiner, born in Villa Allende, Córdoba in 1993, began playing the cello at the age of 15 under the guidance of Cristian Montes in the city of Córdoba.
He furthered his studies with maestros Juan Manuel Quintana and Viola De Hoog (Conservatorium van Amsterdam) and took courses and occasional classes with maestros Marcelo Montes (Córdoba), Pablo Romero (La Plata), Hans Jensen, Phoebe Carrai (United States), and Kris Verhelst, Lucia Swartz, Yunske Xato, and Marten Root (Netherlands).
Participating in various chamber music and orchestral projects, he has performed in venues in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, the United States, England, Italy, Spain, France, and the Netherlands.
He was awarded the 2015 Scholarship Fund and the 2021 Teresa Grüneisen Scholarship, both granted by Mozarteum Argentino. Additionally, he received a scholarship from the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Fund in 2018 and won the Holland Scholarship 2022 granted by the Dutch government. He received an honorable mention at the Nicolás Finoli Competition of the Latin American Cello Festival 2016 and a Creativity in Interpretation mention at the New Docta International Strings Competition 2017.
He is currently the principal cellist of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra.

Two childhood friends united by their passion for music formed this violin and piano duo several years ago.
Each with a solid international career in Europe, they embark on the adventure of bringing to life the different styles and eras of classical chamber music and popular music.
Born in Córdoba, he received his training at the Fundación Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, the National University of Lanús, and the Félix Garzón Provincial Conservatory. He furthered his studies with various maestros in Turlock, California, and New York (United States).
His artistic activities include performances as a guest soloist with various orchestras, solo piano recitals, and chamber music. Among his main occupations are teaching and promoting classical music through talks, conferences, and commented concerts. He has made appearances on local and national radio and television, and his recitals have received excellent reviews in various specialized media.
His main teachers have been Dario Ntaca, Yolanda Paganelli, Alicia Belleville, and Josefina Villareal, and he has participated in and won awards in national and international competitions. He has been a scholarship recipient of the Martha Argerich Foundation, Fundación Teatro Colón, National Endowment for the Arts, and Fundación Pro Arte Córdoba.
In his international career, he has mainly performed in venues across Latin America (Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, among others), the United States (New York, California, Nevada, Florida, etc.), and Europe (Antwerp, Brussels, Frankfurt, The Hague, etc.). Recently, he received the Outstanding Young Person Award from the Córdoba Stock Exchange.

CUARTETO LUQUE
Each with a solid international career as soloists and chamber musicians, they bring life to this young and fresh string quartet. With a wide repertoire of classical and popular music, Cuarteto Luque is currently the ensemble that accompanies the tours of the renowned Argentine folk violinist Néstor Garnica, with whom they have recorded unreleased music. The ensemble was created by concertmaster violinist Lucía Luque in 2022 and engages in an intense artistic activity on various stages in Argentina and abroad.
Cuarteto Luque is an ensemble of solo musicians who are members of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra.

CAMERATA LUQUE
The ensemble was created by concertmaster violinist Lucía Luque in 2022. Camerata Luque engages in an intense artistic activity on various stages in Córdoba and Argentina. Their recent performances include participating in the Opening of the Chamber Music Series at the Teatro Real, accompanying the great pianist Horacio Lavandera; Tchaikovsky Gala Concert with the Córdoba Ballet Company at the Teatro del Lago; Concert for the Music for Identity Concert Series organized by the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo; Tango concert with the great maestro Pablo Agri at the Teatro del Libertador; and participation as the guest orchestra for the 2024 Laci International Conductors Competition of Latin America. They will soon be touring Europe showcasing their latest audiovisual work, "Homage to Piazzolla."
Camerata Luque is an ensemble of solo musicians who are members of the Córdoba Symphony Orchestra.
